Loving God, keep watch on your beloved congregation
and draw us closer to you and to one another
so that we might be of service to your world.
Among us are concerns and cares for ourselves,
for those we love, and for our world.
O Christ, in your healing,
tend and care for the sick
and give compassion to medical teams and caregivers.
Merciful One, pity the afflicted and give rest to the weary.
Savior, bless the dying and give comfort and courage to the bereaved.
We call upon you to protect those who serve in harm’s way,
and to shield the joyous,
and all, for your love’s sake. Amen.
