Designed for parents, guardians, caregivers and mentors of children (grades K-5). Lisa will introduce parents to strategies for having deeper conversations with their children about family values, faith, and social justice as they read different stories. On December 4, we will discuss how to use these strategies with our One Book, The Day You Begin by Jacqueline Woodson. On December 11, we will discuss strategies to use with the Bible’s Christmas story. Join us as we dive deeper into literature and scripture!
