Richard Mosley\n\nApril 19 – “The Things that Make for Peace.” These words came from Jesus as he wept over Jerusalem. What makes for peace as we weep over Gaza\, Venezuela\, Cuba\, Ukraine\, Iran\, and ICE brutality Leader: Dan Owens.\n\nApril 26 – “How does social justice happen?” Searching from a theological\, spiritual autobiographical\, and academic perspective. Aiming to understand how the church can address social justice in society. Leader: Andrew Dillon.\n\nMay 3 – “Institute for Therapy Through the Arts (ITA).” Learning how Evanston’s ITA helps individuals through art\, dance/movement\, drama\, music\, and theater therapies. “Where words alone are not enough\, the arts can often help.” Leader: Jeff Wolfe\, ITA CEO. In Room M on this day only.\n\nMay 10 – “The Original Mother’s Day Declaration” by Julia Ward Howe in 1870. She called on mothers of all nations to stop the killing. We will lift up all kinds of mothers in a variety of circumstances. Leader: Pastor Britt Cox\,\n\nMay 17 – “The Clark Street Bird Sanctuary.” In two parts. Come to either or both. At 8 am: A Nature Walk in the Sanctuary at the lake. Binoculars welcome.
