Sunday, May 8, 9:15-10:15 a.m. in the Memorial Garden
To celebrate World Labyrinth Day (May 7), the Adult Christian Education Council invite you this Sunday, May 8, to learn about the history of the labyrinth, how to walk the labyrinth, and have the opportunity to walk with other congregants. Arrive any time during the hour to learn about and experience the labyrinth as a walking meditation. (Cancelled if raining on Sunday morning.
The labyrinth is one of the oldest contemplative tools known to humankind, used for centuries for personal and spiritual growth. The path is helpful in awakening our spirituality, in providing simplicity in our hectic lives, integration of mind, body, spirit, and promoting self-reflection and a connection with our church community.
